You are an experienced expert*in our team – the technical management of our customer projects is entirely your responsibility. The care and responsibility of the service management is completely in your hands. You are the direct wire to our customers regarding their technical requirements and service requests. Incident and error management, you prove your analytical skills and get in touch until you find the optimal solution. The support of web services and databases supplement your task package and make it to the left.

In recent years, you have successfully taken over the technical project management in customer projects. You have developed a deep understanding of CRM processes. With web services and databases (e.g. MSSQL, RestAPI), you know very well. You are very happy to communicate and are customer- and service-oriented. Creative solutions are fun, you think highly motivated and engaged in the problem and find a solution quickly and reliably.
