Strategic development of product management in the areas of temp or freelance as well as expansion of market position in close cooperation with the team and the central stakeholders Head of interdisciplinary projects to improve operational performance Optimizing processes and workflows as well as deriving technical requirements for the further development of the Salesforce-CRM, our ATS and other related systems such as SAP, in cooperation with IT Interface management as a specialist:in and offshore:in the business in cooperation between the specialist departments of the headquarters and the operational sales and recruiting Monitoring of all processes and workflows carried out by the department Development of concepts, deviation analyses and appropriate measures for counter-control as well as the creation of resilient decision templates for top management Presentation of sound recommendations for action in top management and decision-making bodies Expert:r Ideaser:in for the implementation and optimization of AI technologies to improve business processes and improve efficiency

Completed studies, preferably business management, economics or economic engineering Multiannual professional experience in personnel services for a service provider with larger structures with a focus on temp or freelance sales and recruitment Very good user knowledge in handling MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and ideally experience in Salesforce and an applicant tracking system and its further development Good knowledge in dealing with the subject of compliance with work & service contracts or with work contracts and equal pay Wide range of industry and market knowledge as well as practical know-how in the strategic orientation of a business area Sovereign action within complex matrix structures and in management and decision-making bodies Persuasive power, as well as concept and enforcement strength German language skills and good English skills in word and writing Local nationwide readiness
