Control and control of ICT-related outsourcing according to regulatory requirements Creation, maintenance and further development of the outsourcing register with focus on ICT services Coordination of risk analyses and risk assessments before and during the outsourcing process Coordination with disciplines, risk management, information security and compliance Monitoring of service providers and SLA management Support for audits, audits and regulatory enquiries (e.g. BaFin, ECB) Participation in the development of guidelines, procedures and control systems in the field of ICT outlay Participation in the QM system of S-Management Services GmbH

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, IT, law or business management Experience in the regulatory environment of financial service providers, in particular in outsourcing management Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, EBA guidelines) Experience in handling IT service providers and basic understanding of ICT architectures and IT processes Analytical competence, structured functioning and high sense of responsibility Very good communication skills and ability to work across areas
