During our 24-month trainee program, which starts at the beginning of November 2026, you will get varied and responsible tasks from the outset. You'll get to know Vonovia from a variety of perspectives and go through different areas. At this time, our headquarters in Bochum/ is at our location in Berlin/ at our location in Frankfurt. For a period of about 3 months, you will be used in one of our locations throughout Germany. Our program is characterized by wide-ranging insights into the Dax 40 Group, high visibility in our management and a targeted preparation for a responsible position within our technical services. Your tasks during the trainee program: Innovation is strategically anchored at Vonovia. Our technical service with more than 5,000 employees: within it, fast, reliable and professional maintenance work and small repairs are done within a short time and refurbished apartments. You will be employed as a full-fledged team member in various areas at our different national locations (e.g. Bochum, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich) focusing on our Value-Add segment (e.g. technical service, modernization, residential environment, engineering, business development, innovation management): Insight into the day-to-day business through active participation (including support in the analysis and evaluation of future relevant market environments, accompaniment of visits with construction lines, inspection of construction sites, support in the development of new and innovative business ideas related to housing, project processing and energy, preparation of analyses and key figures) Accompanying our top executives with overriding questions and topics Responsibility for own tasks and projects as well as introduction of ideas Analysis, derivation of reports and presentation of results before management for decision-making Building a Network

You have a master's degree in economics, economic engineering, civil engineering, energy management or the like, or just before your degree, or alternatively you bring a Bachelor's degree with above-average success in the above-mentioned focuses plus two years of relevant professional experience. You could already gain practical experience from internships or working student activities, ideally in real estate, construction, with reference to project management or process optimization. You have a strong interest in current technologies, tools and trends (especially digital affinity). We require a safe handling of MS Office applications. Further IT skills are of advantage. You are characterized by rapid understanding, analytical and solution-oriented thinking and high readiness to learn and are motivated to advance your own development. You bring a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility as well as a systematically structured approach.
