CAD/CAM programmer / cutting machine operator CNC milling technology (m/f/d)

From now on we are looking for you as a CAD/CAM or CAD/CAM at our Moringen site in Göttingen. CNC Programmer (m/w/d) in our machining. In this position, you can program and manufacture sophisticated precision components in modern CNC machining centres and on PAMA, Carnaghi, TriMill and Hermle machines. You will accompany the entire manufacturing process – from programming to quality production.

Creation, simulation and optimization of CNC programs for our drilling, milling and turning machines as well as machining centers using modern CAD/CAM software Takeover and processing of CAD models and technical drawings including setting of suitable machining strategies, tools and clamping means Equipment, armor and commissioning of CNC milling and/or turning machines, e.g. PAMA Speedram, Carnaghi, TriMill and Hermle Optimization of machining times and production processes as well as execution of tool tests for continuous improvement of existing programs Monitoring the manufacturing process and carrying out measurement, shape and quality testing of the manufactured workpieces Documentation of CNC programs, tool data and manufacturing processes as well as maintenance of the CAM database Technical support for production and close cooperation with upstream and downstream departments Participation in the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and the continuous development of our CNC processes
