Acquisition of salesman data and initiation of off-market transactions from your network Coordination and settlement of sales processes for office and mixed use properties Creation of sales price estimates, pitch presentations and marketing documents Full support of our national/international customers throughout the transaction process Provision of purchase advice services / Buy-side-Advisory Further development and maintenance of the industry-wide customer network Coordination and support of purchase contract negotiations

Completed studies, with a focus on real estate or completed real estate business training, like i. V. m. Ideally 3 to 7 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, like in the real estate transaction consulting Embossed market knowledge in the office and mixed-use area, especially in relation to the Berlin market area Self-responsible, targeted and structured operation Expressed analytical and communicative skills, very good negotiation skills Safe for use in all relevant static and dynamic assessment calculations (DCF, PE calculations etc.) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Routine when using Microsoft Office products, especially very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
