What we plan together:

In the Operations Solutions team, we further develop the operational processes of our e-food models such as pick-up service, market delivery service and instant delivery. Here we want to simplify manual processes through user-friendly low-code solutions, make data usable in a structured manner and relieve teams in the daily business. As a working student, you help us implement specific applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You work close to the operating user: inside, develop self-contained solutions and see directly what your work does in everyday life.

What you do with us:

You develop and improve canvas apps in Microsoft Power Apps for operating applications. You design and create automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate. You structure data and connect appropriate data sources, such as SharePoint lists, Excel or Dataverse. You translate requirements from the field into simple, stable and user-friendly digital solutions. You test apps and flows, document functions and support in error analysis and continuous development. You work closely with colleagues from operations, logistics, IT and other interfaces. You bring your own ideas about how we can standardize, automate and control processes transparently.

What convinces us:

You are enrolled at a university or university, ideally in an economic science course with a technical focus, e.g. business informatics, data analytics or business analytics. Important: You already have practical experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate and can independently build and develop your own apps or flows. You know the basic concepts of canvas apps, formulas and variables as well as triggers, conditions and actions in Power Automate. Ideally, you have already worked with SharePoint lists or Microsoft Dataverse and understand simple data models as well as relationships between tables. You think analytically, work structured and enjoy translating requirements into working solutions. You're going on your own, reliable and solution-oriented, and at the same time you like to vote in the team. You can explain and document technical relationships in a comprehensible manner. You have very good Excel skills and ideally already experience in SQL. You have very good knowledge of German; good knowledge of English is of advantage.
