Your new job In order to strengthen our Web & App team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager B2B ordering platform (m/w/d), part-time or full-time (30 - 40 h/week) in an unlimited fixed position at the Jena site at Convales Services GmbH, a sister company of the Medipolis Group. Together with the development team and our Product Owner, you have a goal in mind: to increase the share of digital orders. You help your users from doctoral practices, order management and sales efficiently use the ordering portal. We offer you a modern working environment and a maximum of 4 days of mobile work per week.
