Be the service provider and solution provider for our national and international customers: use our systems on site and school staff, on site and/or virtual. Develop an understanding of the challenges of our customers: Together with our sales and R & D teams, you develop solutions that help our customers improve their production processes. Contribute to the overall strategy and success of the company by keeping eyes and ears open during service visits and laying the basis for sales in sales with your know-how

A completed electrotechnical study or comparable qualification Technical know-how, a pragmatic and practical approach paired with craftsmanship desire for international customer contact, digital, telephone and on site Business-oriented thinking with a high degree of self-responsibility and positive 'Can-do'' setting as well as the ability to work parallel to several projects conviction that modern CRM tools, such as SalesForce, are business drivers Very good written and oral communication skills in English, German at least on level B2 readiness and ability to travel worldwide
