Purchasing and product group management: participation and implementation of the purchasing and product group strategies, including the achievement of the sustainability objectives for materials, services and subcontractors, in particular in the field of civil engineering. Strategic product group planning: support for the establishment of product group strategies, implementation of savings initiatives, pooling of purchasing volumes and conclusion of framework agreements. Supply security and logistics: Ensuring optimal supply of goods and services taking into account dates, quality and costs. Procurement and supplier management: independent planning, organisation and execution of procurement processes, as well as selection and evaluation of potential suppliers. Specialized department consultancy: consulting and support of the operational departments on all relevant shopping topics. Supply and procurement management: evaluation of offers, compilation of price comparisons and implementation of negotiations and award decisions.

Vocational qualification: completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), with completed training (e.g. a specialist in purchasing / businessman (m/w/d)) or completed studies (e.g. business management, logistics, economic engineering). Professional experience: Multiannual experience (more than 3 years) required in strategic purchasing, as well as experience in supply and energy management. Expertise: Very good understanding of the current sourcing and procurement practices as well as basic knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, VOB). Readiness to travel: willingness to attend occasional service trips to suppliers and departments. Working method: independent working method, pronounced hands-on mentality and high customer and service orientation combined with technical understanding. Personal competencies: Secure appearance with a healthy portion of self-confidence, paired with negotiation skills and enforcement ability.
