School Companion (m/w/d) in Bargteheide and the surrounding area

From the new school year 2025/26, we are looking for several schools in Bargteheide and the surrounding area to support a child/young people at a primary school or secondary school. The needs are predominantly in the social-emotional area. Depending on the individual case, the number of hours is between 13-24 hours/where. Training from the educational sector is not required for this accompaniment. Experience in dealing with and/or care for children and adolescents is desirable and would be very advantageous for use in school attendance. In particular, pre-experiences in the accompaniment of children with social-emotional support requirements are desirable. The service contracts are limited for a maximum of 12 months. An unlimited takeover is then possible. At the time of publication of this invitation to tender, the provision of the facility-related vaccination obligation is legally valid, so that we can only consider applicants with complete vaccination. Vaccinations must be detected prior to commencement of activity.

Personal and individual accompaniment of a child/children during the participation in classes, in break times, possibly also on excursions and class trips as well as on the school path Support in all areas where the child concerned is dependent on help (e.g.: organization of school days, concentration, conflictability, impulse control, emotional regulation, “exit times” etc., if necessary toilet elevator) Communication and exchange with school and parents Work on and pursuit of defined ''help plan objectives' if available
