Working students in IT service management with an affinity for AI (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) to support our field of information technology at the Kassel site

You inform our employees about services and portal functions and support them in their use. In doing so, you create and provide communication and explanation videos about services, processes or portal functions and publish them in our internal social media channels. You moderate our social media contributions by checking, answering or forwarding comments. Our service portal is actively designed, for example, by adapting categories, service descriptions and images, as well as by working to optimize layout, usability and user management. Texts are edited and structured by you. You update and simplify content in our knowledge database.

You complete your studies, e.g. in the field of computer science, and are interested in the use of AI-based tools (e.g. for text optimization or structuring) You have the pleasure of writing texts and making content understandable First experiences with portals, websites or content management and creation are helpful, but no need. You're approx. 16–20 hours per week available for at least one year (more than one year after voting in the semester holidays). You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. Your profile is rounded off by a way of working that is characterized by a high degree of reliability, sense of responsibility and self-employment.
