Translate complex sustainability technical features into compelling, easy‐to‐understand sales narratives that directly address customer business challenges. Build a comprehensive sales toolkit and communication plan to equip the broader commercial team for success. Design and deliver training programs to upskill the sales force, guarantee You can confidently communicate our sustainable value proposition to clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them integrate new sustainable solutions into their supply chains to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction. Lead the sustainability component of RFQs, crafting competitive, high‐scoring responses that align Rhenus's capabilities with customer sustainability and using frontline sales feedback to inform future product development.
4-6 years of experience in a Commercial, Key Account Management, or Sales Support role, preferably within the logistics or B2B service sector. Prior experience in a customer role is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Proven track of managing tenders/RFQs and creating enablement content. Fluent in English (Business Level) is mandatory. Additional languages are balancing for regional support.
