Your tasks with us You are the heart of our packaging and make sure everything works smoothly. Among other things, the following tasks are your responsibility: Control and coordination of personnel at our packaging lines Ensuring an efficient, trouble-free and economical packaging process Responsibility for the correct segregation and assignment of our disc products Organisation and continuous optimization of the storage processes in the packaging sector Monitoring and compliance with all quality, work and safety standards Promoting a safe, clean and structured working environment Introduction and support of new colleagues Close cooperation with the location and service management to optimally control the daily processes Active participation and continuous improvement of our processes Support of the team in operational day-to-day business, if necessary Working hours Monday to Friday in weekly change Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00 Late shift: 14:00 – 23:00

A completed vocational training in the industrial or logistic field is advantageous Experience in production, packaging or warehouse logistics First experience in managing or coordinating employees Organisational skills and a structured, independent working Responsibility, enforcement and team spirit Physical resilience and joy in accumulating as required within the scope of the described tasks Good knowledge about SAP (product bookings) Forklift driving licence class B Good knowledge of German in word and writing
