We are looking for you as a utility engineer* at our location lawsuit market for the city area of Hanover to complete our SERVICES team. Together we ensure a reliable supply Do you want to maintain technical facilities not only, but actively develop them? In this position, you support us in securing the operational safety of our supply systems in the long term and continuously optimizing existing systems. You work closely with the management of the department and take over an important interface function – both internally and externally.

You optimise and maintain our supply and operational systems (e.g. heat, electricity, photovoltaics and charging infrastructure) and contribute to operational safety You identify disruptions, coordinate external service companies and monitor their operations You are the central contact person for internal and external partners around the supply and building technology You support technical projects – from planning to tendering and construction monitoring to billing You accompany the implementation and documentation of future-oriented energy projects, for example in the area of tenant electricity, as well as counting and measuring concepts

A completed training as a technician or a comparable qualification in the field of supply, energy or building technology Ideally professional experience in housing or real estate Good computer knowledge and a structured and analytical method Impressed communication skills and joy in cooperation with different contact persons Class B driving licence
