Building cleaner as team leader (m/f/d)

Jaus Bakery GmbH is a large bakery based in Weißenhorn in Bavaria. The approximately 230 employees produce cut bread, hamburgerbuns, baguette rolls and premium small bags for the European market on four production lines.

At our site in Weißenhorn we want to establish an internal cleaning team that is responsible for the cleanliness of our production facilities in order to keep the quality of our final products at the highest level.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for professional cleaning and hygiene of our production facilities in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards (HACCP, IFS)
• Management of the cleaning team, including deployment planning, training and further development of the employees
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations
• Conducting regular quality controls and documentation of cleaning results
• Cross-departmental cooperation to optimize cleaning processes
• Procurement and management of detergents and appliances
• Creation and updating of cleaning plans and protocols

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in building cleaning or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of the relevant hygiene and safety standards
• Communication and assertive personality
• Flexibility and loadability
• Structured and result-oriented operation
