Take responsibility for an established team of experts and the development of standard electric motors. In this technically highly complex and company-wide visible role, you actively shape the further development of our engine technologies and contribute significantly to the strategic orientation.

Your duties Discipline management and management of the engine development department with 16 experienced employees Total responsibility for the development of standard electric motors (asynchronous and synchronous motors) Technical design and further development of electric motors and control of technical development projects Develop and implement new innovative motor concepts for electric motors Planning and responsibility of global releases for innovation, further and new developments Close cooperation with the company's global locations, product management and production

Your qualification Complete technical studies (engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering) Extensive practical experience in the development of electric machines, ideally standard motors for industrial applications Good knowledge of development processes and tools in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Expertise in standardization and release for electric motors Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge required
