The most important thing in your job You support our relationship managers in all divisions of the top banking customer business and ensure smooth operations in the daily business.

You take over classic assistance and service activities – with a high quality standards and a real sense of the wishes of our customers.

You prepare customer talks qualitatively, make active appointments and support our relationship managers for customer appointments – including careful follow-up along our “Customer Journey”.

You continuously and strategically process the customer book to secure sustainable relationships.

It takes care of the care and hospitality of our guests – personally, cordially and professionally.

When planning and performing customer events, you are an important part of the team and provide a successful performance with your organizational talent.

This will bring you A successfully completed commercial training preferably in the area of bank.

Knowledge of our product and composite range as well as the application software of the data center, the bank-usual tools and the common office applications of advantage.

A sympathetic, customer-oriented and self-confident appearance – combined with a clear expression and well-kept forms of handling.
