Quality Planner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Place: Vilsbiburg

Defining requirements for components and manufacturing processes Developing and implementing quality concepts for new developments tuning with compartments up to series transfer Responsibility for quality measurement and evaluation of product and process Support FMEA for risk assessment of construction and processes Determining suitable test methods within the framework of the test planning Create and maintain test plans and quality manuals Support for supplier support with regard to quality requirements Classification of test personnel Initiation and monitoring of quality assurance measures Making decisions at local border and special cases Analyze quality problems and derive effective corrective measures Evaluate quality-relevant data and develop improvements Vote and coordinate initial sampling with the serial work Representing the PQM in the project team, participation in project meetings Planning and performing internal and external process audits

Complete university studies or comparable technical training 2–3 years of professional experience in quality environment Very good German & English skills (B2+) must have! Very good knowledge 7 quality tools Very good knowledge APQP, VDA 2, VDA 6.3 Very good knowledge FMEA methodology Very good knowledge of active process control, processability analysis High level of team capacity and communication strength Analytical thinking and economic action Self-employed, structured work
