Conception and implementation of targeted employer branding projects and campaigns along our Candidate and Employee Journey to continuously improve our employer attractiveness Further development of our Employer Brand as well as ensuring an experienced internal and external employer positioning Further development and support of relevant EB channels and formats, in particular our career website, social media and internal communication measures Conceptual and operational development of our current pre- and onboarding activities Regular implementation of employee panels for identifying relevant fields of action Control and coordination of our external partners, service providers and agencies

Complete study with focus on human resources management, marketing, communication, media, economic psychology or a comparable qualification First relevant professional experience in employer branding, personal marketing or corporate communication Experience in collaboration with employer branding campaigns, content formats, career websites or other projects along the Candidate/ Employee Journey Interested in current developments in Employer Branding, Social Media, Artificial Intelligence, Corporate Culture and Employee Experience Ability to introduce new impulses and transfer innovative ideas into practice
