Ensure the regularity in the accounting to establish the balance sheet and GuV according to HGB/ BilMoG/ local GAAP and IFRS Ensure the timely completion of all financial statements, reports and statistics and all tax applications Responsibility and management of financial accounting (Creditors, Debitors, Bank, Main Book) by cost centers Management of investment assets (Nebenbuch) Self-preparation and implementation of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the individual company according to HGB Active receivable management and dunning Creation of external reports and statistics on the basis of the legal basis applicable thereto Local contact for auditors, authorities, tax advisors and inquiries from the group of companies Processing of all accounting issues related to business travel, monitoring and updating of the travel policies Takeover of special tasks in the field of “Finance and Accounting”

Completed commercial training, e.g. to the accounting book holder (w/m/d), tax specialist (w/m/d) or comparable multi-year professional experience Comprehensive knowledge of trade and tax law Knowledge of ERP and MS Office Good knowledge of German and English is required good communication skills in a global cross-company team
