This is what awaits you in your exciting role: Sparring partner at eye level: As a trusted Sparring partner, you advise our executives and employees on all personal topics Strategic Impact: You develop HR strategies and implement them effectively to sustain our corporate goals Designing Culture & Change Active: With HR professionals and special topics, you actively participate and ensure the continuous development of efficient, modern HR processes People Development, Health & Safety: You support personnel development and help control the short-term response as well as the operational integration strategy HR Reporting: Support for the creation of evaluations and statistics (HR reporting)

Successfully completed studies or equivalent qualifications with a focus on the subject or a comparable subject You have several years of professional experience in a consulting HR role, with direct contact in management consulting Knowledge of labour law issues and experience in topics such as participation, performance management, talent development or organisational development Practical experience in controlling and developing HR processes and systems (e.g. Personio, SAP Successfactors or comparable tools) Your work is characterised by team orientation, strong networking and joy in bringing HR and business together You convince with sovereignty, empathy and strength and work structured and solution-oriented Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
