You carry out the wage and salary billing for a defined group of employees independently with PAISY. You manage, care and advertise master and movement data in the pay accounting and time management system as well as in the digital personnel file. You work closely with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions. You will start evaluations, certificates and reports as part of the reporting and certification. You use modern HR systems like Workday and work closely with our Shared Service Center (SSC). You can look forward to a professional, supportive environment where your expertise is appreciated.

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as an office businessman, personnel businessman, businessman for office management or in a comparable area. Ideally, you bring PAISY knowledge and feel at home in HR IT systems. You have ideally experience with pre-systems such as Workday or ATOSS. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting or a comparable position. You control the safe handling of MS Office and you like to work structured and carefully. You are convinced by team spirit, communication strength and joy in working with colleagues from the Shared Service Center and other disciplines.
