Tasks in detail: Database management: You manage the Single SQL Server on our customer systems and ensure smooth operation and data security and integrity. Start maintenance plans, execute maintenance work and take care of backup and recovery. Error analysis and troubleshooting: deeper technical problems you coordinate directly with the developers and run database queries with SQL. Application: You install and configure our technical application on Windows servers and perform maintenance work. Most systems are hosted in the DATAGROUP's own data center. Documentation: You create and care system documentation as well as technical instructions. Support: You process inquiries in the ticket system and bring solutions in cooperation with customers (by ticket system, e-mail or phone). Collaboration: You work in a team with other colleagues who care about providing our software. Every day a short voting meeting takes place. Continuing training: You are intensively trained by us and supervised by colleagues. You actively take care of your training and the filling of knowledge gaps.

You have completed your studies in the field of computer science / IT or a completed training as a specialist (all genders) system integration. Not your career, but your know-how and your motivation are crucial to us. Multiannual professional experience is desirable. You have well-founded knowledge in Windows server management, optimally also in the field of database administration SQL Server (installation, maintenance, optimization, backup and recovery). Good knowledge with MS-PowerShell scripting is useful. You have very good German language skills in word and writing (level C1) and good English skills (level B2). You don't want to stop and strive to learn and develop. A high level of readiness is very important to us.
