Your mission: leadership of tomorrow Our innovative trainee program is the start of your guide track. Get to know all the important technical aspects of the credit business. In parallel, you will be systematically prepared for a leadership position by regular mentoring, strategic austerity and the intensive development of your leadership skills (see also the video included below). You can look forward to this: Tailored use in all units of the credit area (credit processing and analysis, refurbishment and settlement, credit secretariat) and the interface partners in the entire house.

Clear leadership perspective by systematically qualifying for a future management task.

Close cooperation with the entire leadership team and mentoring by the department manager who assists you during the program and defines the further career path with you during the program – depending on your skills, interests and needs.

Training on the job and from the start work in the daily business as well as in current projects in the teams and directly with the mentor.

Seminars, structured feedback processes, background discussions, exclusive insights with information on current and strategic topics.

Duration: 24+ months (specific) Who we wish: You have successfully completed your studies or equivalent training in a discipline with a business relationship (e.g. economics, BWL-Bank).

You have an affinity and basic knowledge as well as ideally already first experience in the credit and finance business.

You are a team player, have the pleasure of being responsible for it and also going to the extra mile.
