In this position, you are responsible for the maintenance and management of the building environment including winter service during normal working hours and in this context act as a contact person for service providers and colleagues on site. In particular, the monitoring and operation of the building automation falls into your task area, which primarily includes the commissioning, operation, disconnection and control of the building equipment required in operation. This also includes a readiness to call, which is agreed in a schedule. You are responsible for the entire inventory (including the memorial) of the technical aspects of the maintenance and administration, including the maintenance of reports, as well as the evaluation of the documentation on the inventory and management. For this purpose, you carry out inspection tours for troubleshooting as well as safety-relevant testing of the technical installations and escape routes and supervise the necessary maintenance and maintenance work (control, coordination and execution). In doing so, you will accompany foreign companies in structural measures and document the services. Furthermore, you will also accompany other small projects of ongoing maintenance as well as projects of building technology and take over the equipment, reconstruction and support of the event rooms.

You have a successfully completed technical training in the Gewerk Heating-Klima-LÃ1⁄4ftung-Sanitär or Elektrik. In addition, you are already bringing relevant professional experience into a comparable function and corresponding technical and craft understanding. Cross-trade expertise is desirable. Dealing with the common Microsoft Office products is very familiar to you, ideally you have additional experience with CAFM software. Class B licence is required for work. In addition, you have an independent, structured and thorough operation and a high service orientation and the necessary flexibility. Through your strong team skills, your friendly appearance and your secure communication style, you are able and ready to integrate into team tasks.
