IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)

In your position, you are the first contact person for all IT-related enquiries and fault messages from our employees. You receive messages and inquiries, qualify them and document everything completely in our ticket system. You analyze and correct reported malfunctions and assist in operating the relevant hardware and software. In addition, you activate downstream support instances and monitor the results up to troubleshooting. You provide technical support on site, telephone and remote maintenance. In addition, install and administrate PCs, server environments and networks. Last but not least, you set up running systems such as firewalls, antivirus, anti spam and backup, monitor and analyze them.

You have a completed vocational training in the IT field, for example as a specialist in system integration. In addition, you have first professional experience in 1st level support or as an IT system administrator. You have very good knowledge of Windows clients, client hardware and client peripherals. You have sound knowledge about standard office applications in the MS Windows and MS Office environment. Ideally, you bring knowledge of MS Active Directory, MS 365 contexts, MDM or Exchange Online.
