Operation and installation of the robot system Correction measures for existing programmes Assembly of the robot system with assemblies Material handling in the area of robots Monitoring of the welding process including interference in malfunctions Cleaning and grinding of welded assemblies Testing of welds for completeness and quality according to instructions Implementation of smaller maintenance work after maintenance plan

Successfully completed vocational training in a metalworking profession Multiannual professional experience in metalworking industry Knowledge of welding methods MAG/ WIG/ MIG, preferably based on construction steels and fine-grain steels Crane license for bridge and column swivel cranes Experience with automated robot welding desirable High quality awareness and strong communication and team skills Commitment and internal drive for continuous improvement Basic readiness to travel Willingness to shift work
