For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a:

Referent Services (m/w/d)

This is what you expect:

• Assessment of relevant legal changes, especially in the area of dental health
• Technical support for the topics and further development of internal processing processes
• Participation in the implementation/further development of existing software products from conception to technical support of implementation
• Participation in strategies and the creation and implementation of concepts for increasing efficiency in supply, case and cost management in the performance sector
• Self-preparation and evaluation of service contracts, implementation of meetings and workshops
• Representation of the BAHN-BKK at events and at federal level

This will bring you:

• A completed vocational training for the social security specialist and a completed training course in the field of health insurance or Health insurance management or comparable training
• Multiannual professional experience
• Very good knowledge of social security and knowledge of labour and civil law
• High level of initiative; structured, independent and cost-conscious operation
• Secure application of MS Office programs, experience in dealing with specialist software (21c|ng, alias)
• Flexibility in carrying out missions
• Cooperative team behaviour, customer orientation, conceptual-analytical skills, independent work
