For our growing team we are now looking for Pflegehelfer (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer. They support our customers in different care facilities and thus make an important contribution to the care and care of people in need of care.

Your tasks

• Support of nurses in the daily care and care of residents or Patients
• Support in body care and in everyday directions
• Help in the mobilization and storage of patients or Population
• Support for food and liquid absorption
• implementation of domestic activities within the framework of care
• Support and care of residents and patients
• Observation of the general state and disclosure of relevant information to the competent nurses
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile

• First experience in care or care desirable
• A qualification as a nursing assistant (m/w/d) is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
• Joy in dealing with elderly, sick or needy people
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and empathy
• Teamability and respectful handling of colleagues and patients
• Willingness to work in shiftwork and work on weekends
• Class B licence required
• Good knowledge of German communication in everyday work
