Reference number: 410558 For our industrial production maintenance, we are looking for an experienced specialist (m/w/d) for concept development & calculation. In this position, you develop economic and practical maintenance concepts for complex production facilities and combine technical understanding, analytical thinking and a good sense of sustainable solutions. You don't just want to manage, but to actively shape it? Then you can expect a versatile task with direct influence on efficiency, plant availability and production safety. What you do with us Development of customer-specific maintenance concepts for industrial production plants, including demand analysis and technical evaluation Creation of complete calculations and offers for maintenance services, maintenance contracts and special measures Close cooperation with sales and technical experts to develop competitive solutions Analysis and optimization of existing customer maintenance strategies (TPM, RCM, predictive maintenance) Support of tender processes and preparation of performance directories and presentation documents Market and competition monitoring for the continuous development of our service portfolio Care and development of costing tools and standardised offer templates

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, economic engineering, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in costing and concept development, ideally in the industrial service environment or maintenance Funded technical understanding of production facilities, machine systems and maintenance processes Safe handling of MS Excel, ERP systems and ideally using CAFM or IH software (e.g. SAP PM) Structured, analytical working with a pronounced understanding of figures and entrepreneurial thinking Communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation with customers and internal teams readiness to travel within Germany (approximately 20–30 %)
