As a competent contact person (m/w/d) at our subsidiary ESDG, you are working on the concerns of our clientele from the ecclesiastical and social fields, solving them in full and addressing them both in writing and by telephone Also in complex inquiries and complaints, you are a reliable contact person (m/w/d) for our customers and service providers Construction, development and optimization of the process landscape of our subsidiary, including evaluations and derivation of quality assurance measures Support for the further development of our IT systems as part of the IT landscape user support

Interest in addressing the diverse concerns of our customers, satisfying them in the long term and successfully completing commercial training Team spirit, customer orientation, communication strength and fingertip feeling in dealing with all levels of appeal, ideally already shown by relevant professional experience Security in the German language (at least B2 level) as well as joy in the daily customer contact, in which you provide optimal service with great friendliness Routine in dealing with MS Office (Word, Excel) and large amounts of data, experiences with SAP and the energy industry are advantageous, but no requirement An independent way of working and a good sense of the right priorities
