Your tasks:

• They accompany young people in everyday life, in school, in leisure and on their way to adulthood
• They work in shiftwork and provide a stable support for the team
• They support topics such as health, education, conflicts or personal challenges
• You plan creative group offers that make fun and strengthen social skills
• They work closely with schools, offices, associations and other partners
• They actively contribute to educational concepts and help planning

Your profile:

• A completed study (e.g. social education, social work, education) (m/w/d) or healer education (m/w/d)
• Empathy, openness and an esteeming attitude towards young people is of course for you
• Team spirit, communication strength and the ability to take responsibility
• readiness to shift services – also on weekends and holidays
