Be active: You actively support our process optimization department in the areas of LEAN, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and digitalization, including topics such as Industry 4.0, Machine Learning and AI integration. Take over project management: independently analyze our production and logistics processes. In doing so, you capture the actual state, set value flow and potential analyses and develop innovative target concepts to optimize productivity and throughput times. Replace, not just plan: You initiate the implementation of your optimization measures, accompany the change process and take over the success control. Be forekeepers: With unconventional approaches and fresh thinking, you actively contribute to the further development of our LEAN production system.

Study direction: You study industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable subject. Expertise: Knowledge in LEAN Production, Supply Chain Management or Quick Response Manufacturing brings you with – first practical experiences are a plus. Tech-Affinity: You are safe in handling MS Office, first touch points with AI and machine learning are desirable. Languages: flowing German and good English skills in word and writing are of course for you. Soft Skills: You are a team player, have fun dealing with people and actively promote change processes. An analytical, independent and reliable way of working distinguishes you.
