Personnel Controller SAP Key User (m/f/d)

You own SAP Factors knowledge and play an important role as a key user in the upcoming system introduction You create meaningful HR reports, HR analyses and provide opportunities and risks as a basis for future personnel decisions through solution-oriented comments. You develop methods for precise personnel requirements planning and continuous optimization of planning processes, with reliable data quality You are significantly involved in the creation of the overall company's strategic personnel planning and perform regular personnel forecasts including deviation analyses, for example, you will start target-actual comparisons. In the absence of the team management for billing and personnel management, you are competent to take over their representation for the payroll process.

You have a degree with a focus on staff, business management or comparable vocational training You convince by your reliability and your sense of responsibility You burn for HR (Controlling) and have great interest in shaping your task from the start You have knowledge of SAP SF as well as the current MS Office products You have an affinity for numbers, automation and digitalization You draw your attention through a constructive, solution-oriented and independent way of working You work team- and service-oriented
