You plan and coordinate rehabilitation processes within the framework of the vocational training measure. You provide careful documentation and reliable reporting. You organize and moderate Reha Plan conferences and participate in the determination of individual funding needs and in the agreement of funding targets. You are the contact person for cost-benefits and external bodies and design the exchange between training, school, housing and the accompanying specialist services. You actively introduce your perspective into interdisciplinary case-consultations and jointly develop sustainable solutions. You accompany participants in social education in individual and group settings and support them in personal and professional challenges. You provide intervention to avoid disruption and strengthen the participants in their further development. You support the application training and transition to the first labour market, from job search and job creation to support during interviews.

You have a completed study of social education or social work on degree, Bachelor or Master level. Rehabilitative training is desirable. You bring consulting skills in vocational training and professional preparation, ideally in the field of BvB. You work part-time, creative and solution-oriented and meet young people with appreciation and clarity. You have experience in case management and discussion. You convince by self-employment, organisational skill and enforcement ability and at the same time enjoy working on the team. You are safe in handling MS Office and bring joy in cooperation in an interdisciplinary environment. The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
