You control and coordinate all maintenance resources and make sure that our vehicles are reliable, reliable and on time on the move With your sense of efficient processes, you control that all work will be carried out according to our high standards and compliance with economic and technical requirements You take leadership responsibility for your team, you plan personnel assignments, identify qualification requirements and keep your employees up to date with individually coordinated educational plans The introduction, motivation and development of your employees are the focus for you – as a model, you will strengthen the cohesion and the willingness to work in the team You analyze disturbances, keep an overview of the documentation of the repaired vehicles and make sure that all evidence meets the requirements Refurbishment, quality and safety are your top priority as well as compliance with work, fire and environmental policies

Your profile:

You have a degree as a master:in or technician:with a focus on mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification We require good PC knowledge (e.g. SAP, ASES, MS Office) and a secure handling of digital tools Self-responsible work, team skills and the ability to inspire your employees daily Enthusiasm for Lean Management and ideally already first experiences in it Economic thinking and acting simply belong to you The willingness to participate in training measures completes your profile
