You treat patients with psychiatric illnesses in stationary and substationary settings You plan, document and conduct individual and group therapies with a focus on ergonomics In addition, you promote everyday practical, cognitive and social skills to improve self-employment and quality of life You actively participate in the development of individual therapy plans and introduce creative methods into your therapeutic work In addition, you actively participate in team meetings, visits and interdisciplinary case conferences You continue to shape our ergonomic concepts and work closely with care, doctors and the therapeutic team

You have a completed training or study of ergotherapy You ideally have first experiences in the psychiatric environment – but also motivated professionals are welcome An independent and structured way of working as well as a pronounced therapeutic feeling characterize you You have the pleasure of motivating patients, supporting them in their development and promoting their self-reality empathically In addition, you are a team player with interdisciplinary thinking and have the pleasure of developing yourself professionally and introducing new impulses into everyday work New medical and therapeutic developments are open to you, bringing the motivation to actively introduce and implement them in the team
