Total responsibility as a member of the management for the operational management of the production site with 110 employees Control and optimization of all production processes in the field of production Leadership, motivation and further development of employees (production, technology, logistics) Development of new plant techniques Ensuring quality, timeliness and economy Implementation of lean management methods and continuous improvement processes Budget planning, investment planning and key figures controlling Development of new plant technology and automation Close cooperation with management, sales and development

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering or industrial engineering or comparable professional orientation Multiannual leadership experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in mechanical engineering Knowledge of production planning, process optimization and quality management Experience with Lean methods and modern manufacturing concepts Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced communication and leadership skills Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Very good German knowledge
