The STR district cleaning company mbH (STR), headquartered near the city centre, is a 100% subsidiary of the city cleaning company Hamburg. In addition to the presence cleaning of the main public toilet facilities, the STR also offers services for urban cleanliness. The cleaning of paper baskets and other city furniture is just as important as the removal of graffiti and stickers. Furthermore, the STR takes over the cleaning of the buildings at the premises of the city cleaning Hamburg. To strengthen our team, we are ideally looking for 01.10.2025 as team management (m/w/d) building cleaning in the Hamburg city area. Discipline and professional guidance as well as independent disposition of the assigned cleaning staff at several objects Employee-oriented qualification of employees Care of the time economy Conducting rock instructions & annual security instructions from your team Adjustable targets and monitoring of achievement Compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations in the area of responsibility and compliance with our corporate guidelines Active personnel development in responsibility with regard to leadership and communication Contact for customers & independent processing of customer complaints Create and process performance data from provision to accounting Active & independent control of proper service provision and compliance with all service and work instructions, accident prevention regulations and economic provision Self-monitoring of consumables & equipment of cleaning staff (also PSA) and requirement for defined suppliers

You have a completed commercial or technical training. Ideally you have experience in building cleaning or service. You work independently, structured and targeted. You think economically and networked. You're strong in communication and a team player. You own organizational skills and enforcement. You have good IT skills (MS Office) and very good German skills. You have a class B licence.
