As Head of Department (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are professionally and disciplinaryly responsible for a 13-person team that supports our customers via video, phone and video messages “ViViVi”. Your tasks essentially include: Disciplinary and professional leadership and development of the team (13 employees) Designing customer- and sales-oriented online consulting processes Controlling and ensuring smooth and professional digital customer consulting on the topics of private/consumer loans, private housing financing and current account opening Establishing our service consulting options with the help of our virtual video consulting (“ViViVi”) Participation in the further development and implementation of our digital sales strategy Responsibility of sales targets in the online consulting segment

Completed training for the bank clerk / the bank clerk (IHK) and further training at least specialist level (e.g. bank specialist / bank specialist) As an alternative: Complete study of Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on finance Multiannual professional experience as well as leadership experience in the sales environment of a bank, also with a focus on online consulting
