Senior Specialist Claim Management & Business Intelligence (m/f/d)

In the area of Claim Management & Business Intelligence you connect both: You check and reckon claims from sales promotions – and at the same time develop the BI models and processes behind them. You take responsibility for the overall picture: from individual billing to the question of how the process behind it becomes better, more uniform and scalable. You coordinate closely with the departments and translate operational requirements into sustainable data and IT solutions – from classic reporting to analytics to GenAI-Use-Cases.

Operativ – Claim Management Own audit and settlement of claims from sales promotions and bonus programs based on sales and earnings reports and further evidence Analysis of sales data, preparation of evaluations and documentation Release of final results to customers Conceptual – BI & Process Optimization Translation of technical requirements in BI and IT solutions in close coordination with the business units further development and consolidation of data and BI models; Ensuring uniform key figures, definitions and data logics Active collaboration with Power-BI solutions (data models, reports, DAX) Solution of historically grown Excel solutions by scalable alternatives Cooperation with the GenAI and Process Automation teams to make BI data useful Overarching Professional management of topics at the interface between Claim Management, BI and IT Sparring partners for colleagues in methodological and process questions Designing standards, working methods and further developing the area

Complete study of economic informatics or comparable Multiannual experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Data Modeling, ideally in Finance or Sales Controlling Finded knowledge in Excel incl. Power Query, SQL and Power BI (data modeling, reports, DAX basics) Ability to collect and translate technical logics in a structured manner Hands-on-Mentality: You pack in the daily business just as you work on the big line Communication strength and joy in taking fellow Members and sharing knowledge Structured, quality-conscious operation Very good German and good English skills
