The department Heat Generation & Contracting works like an in-house engineering office: no plants from the bar, but solutions that are expected, designed, planned and built for the specific customer needs. You carry your projects independently – from the first customer request to the management, without distribution in between. And you shape a field that just arises: The heat pump is heavily demanded at the B2B market, still under construction. The task in detail – an extract: Customer enquiries on site: You take stock and need with the customer and derive the plant concept from it – the enquiries come in by yourself, Acquise does not belong to this Energy centers: You put equipment for objects from around 20 housing units – open from the heat pump to wood firing and BHKW to the gas peak load Own networks: You develop the production facilities for near and long-distance heating and transfer stations and accompany the conversion to climate-neutral production according to the Heat Planning Act Economics & awarding: You calculate investments and costs, create performance directories, evaluate offers and accompany the award procedures Project management & operation: You control planning, construction and commissioning until handover into operation – then check efficiency and consumption and optimize after

Foundation: Studying energy, supply, building or environmental technology or a comparable qualification – technicians are also welcome: Technical safety: experience in the planning or implementation of heat and energy production plants – from a supplier, an engineering office with TGA focus or a larger HLK operation plant engineering: knowledge in HLSK, energy centers and near/earth heat; Heat pumps in the medium power range are an explicit plus, as well as wood firing or BHKW Economic consideration: economic analysis and cost calculations are your interpretation; Knowledge of VOB and HOAI are advantageous Practical reference & independentness: You drive your projects forward and are happy to be at the facility – someone who is looking for “more sophisticated than managed”
