As a customer advisor Contact Center (m/w/d) in our nationwide contact center based in Mannheim, you are the central contact person for our customers: You will assist us in the processing of all incoming customer requests by phone as well as by e-mail and by chat This ensures a smooth process to create the best possible shopping experience for our customers: In short: Your heart beats for the optimal care of the BAUHAUS customers: inside!

Your profile: We need you: With your pleasant phone voice and your communicative skills in word and writing A completed commercial or craft training is a good prerequisite for a cross-entry in the telephone customer consultation Experiences in customer contact, ideally acquired in the retail or the construction market sector They have a very high level of helpfulness, team spirit and commitment to achieve common goals Professionalism, service orientation and friendliness even in challenging conversations
