Work Planner - Scheduling / Assembly Planning (m/f/d)

You take over the independent planning and coordination of the assembly operations of our technicians and start detailed execution and deployment plans with MS Office. As a central interface, you tune dates and requirements closely with our customers, technicians and external partners such as scaffolders. You make sure that all necessary tools, from tools to lifting platforms, are on time on site and thus ensure a smooth running. You provide the construction site information and make sure that our technicians are well-picked and equipped with all documents for their use.

Ideally, you have a technical training (e.g. as You are an organizational institution and always keep track of the coordination of several appointments and assignments. You communicate clearly and service-oriented with customers, technicians and external partners and always find the right sound. A good technical understanding as well as a safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) are of course for you. A self-contained, structured and reliable way of working distinguishes you and you enjoy driving things forward. You speak and write German at a negotiated level (C1).
