Your role in ZEISS Digital Innovation As part of the project management at ZEISS Digital Innovation, you take over your knowledge and experience the overall responsibility in the project entrusted to you and report/ escalate to the customer's relevant contacts and to management. The principle that applies to you as an opponent of all relevant stakeholders is that good project management is the key to successful project implementation.

Your tasks include: Intermediation between the classic side of the customer and the agile development side in the project taking into account the interests of all project participants Project implementation according to the requirements of the customer and the company and the previously defined project objectives Responsibility for planning, monitoring and evaluation of project execution, including quality, costs and time requirements Creating and implementing project reporting including continuous measurement and evaluation of project progress Early recognition and addressing of project obstacles and risks Promoting successful agile software development for the project team in the traditional project environment

Your profile

Do you know agile and classic projects as well as their challenges and opportunities? Then our team is looking forward to you!

You also have the following profile: Experience in the project management of complex software development projects and an economic understanding of the company processes. Safe application of classic project management techniques and internalization of agile thinking Strong understanding and practical knowledge of digitalization projects in production and in the topics Industry 4.0/IIoT, factory and process planning, special machine construction and quality management. Knowledge of the OPC UA Standard Safe handling of contracts Knowledge in creating offers desirable Worked in the role of moderator, conflict resolution, analyst, organizer and motivator Safe mastery of the German language and actively applicable safe English A professional appearance and very good skills in communication and presentation Impressed customer and earnings orientation as well as enforcement and decision-making Good sense for people and the potential of the team members
