You have a completed IT training, for example as a specialist informant:in for system integration or a comparable qualification in the above-mentioned field of activity You have at least 3 years of experience in IT operations You have good knowledge of network and infrastructure as well as experience in the support of users in 1st and 2nd level support You know the common Windows client and server operating systems, Microsoft365, Active Directory and ideally have first experiences in the operation of Multi Cloud infrastructures You have the first knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and you are passionate about modern information technologies You have good German knowledge (at least B2 level) and English knowledge in word and writing You work independently, structured and targeted and are capable of team and communication
