You call stock customers to invite them to the store You receive incoming calls and answer customer requests You document customer requests and information in our system You advise and support customers in selecting mobile products and services You process orders and deal with contracts You solve customer problems and complaints You work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You have ideally first experience in customer service or in a similar position You have excellent communication skills You appear friendly and service-oriented You have good knowledge of the use of computers and common software programs You can work well in the team and act in a dynamic environment Career prospects: Establishment and management of your own marketing department
