For our team CEO, we are looking for a Corporate Development Intern (m/w/d) at the Berlin site for 3-6 months in full time at the next possible time.

You support the identification, analysis and assessment of M&A, investment and partnership opportunities, and contribute to unlocking new growth potential. You conduct market, competitive and target company analyses, especially in the EdTech and Educational Area. You prepare decision templates, executive summaries and presentations for the management. You support the development and implementation of partnerships – from market screenings to outreach activities to the preparation of conversations. You'll start longlists and shortlists of potential target companies and partners and support their assessment. You are working on the further development of our M&A and partnership strategy and identify strategic gaps and growth opportunities. You take part-projects independently, support negotiations through analyses and decision-making bases, and work closely with the Head of Corporate Development and Management.

You are in advanced studies or have successfully completed your studies in the field of business management or a comparable subject. You have already gained first practical experience in M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or Consulting. You have pronounced analytical skills, work structured and perform tasks proactively. You are happy to work in the team and can take responsibility independently in a dynamic environment. You bring very good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI and use it securely in your work. You have fluent English and German skills; additional language skills are a plus. You are motivated to actively shape the future and digitization of education together with us. Experiences in the educational sector are of advantage, but no need.
