What should you bring?

• (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Tourismus und Freizeit (m/w/d) or a similar qualification desirable
• Secure user knowledge in all MS Office programs
• Experiences with hotel booking software desirable
• Pleasure with guests
• Communication and team skills
• Ready for weekend and holiday work

What do you expect?

• All popular reception tasks such as Check In, Check Out and answer your questions
• Telephone and written reservations and information activities
• correspondence with individual guests, tour operators and group organisers
• Treatment of complaints and guest complaints
• Own-responsible management of cash and payment transactions
